Exchange Policy

You have 2 days from delivery to exchange a product purchased from www.frozzle.pk if it's defective. The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging with tags intact.

One-time Orders and Subscriptions

If you receive a defective product, we’ll offer an exchange for the same or a lesser-value product. The faulty item will be replaced free of charge. Please email us within 2 days of delivery with a photo of the defect and a brief description. We’ll process the exchange within 2–5 working days.

Gift Subscriptions and Gift Orders

We take extra care with gifts. If a defective item is received by your recipient, we’ll replace it within 2–5 working days upon receiving an email with a photo and explanation.

Returns and Refunds

We do not offer refunds, only exchanges for defective products that are returned unused, in original packaging, and with tags attached. All issues will be handled case by case.

Packaging Requirements

Returned items must be unworn, with tags attached, and in their original packaging.
